You can own a launch monitor, wear a Garmin, track every round, take lessons, and still waste your next practice session on the wrong thing. Golfers don't need more data. They need better decisions. Your launch monitor doesn't know how you slept. Your watch doesn't know your wedge proximity. Your shot tracker doesn't know your swing change. Your coach doesn't see every session. So you're left with numbers everywhere and no answer to the only question that matters: what should I do next?

How Signal works

1

Bring in your data. Launch monitor exports, rounds, practice logs, recovery, Arccos, Shot Scope. You don't need perfect data; two or three sources starts your profile.

2

Signal finds the pattern across your whole game: where you're losing strokes, which distances cost the most, how recovery affects your speed and dispersion, when your mechanics degrade.

3

You get a clear plan. "This week your biggest leak is 125 to 175 yard approach play. Today, skip max speed because recovery is below baseline. Next practice: 60% mid-irons, 25% wedges, 15% putting."

4

It tracks whether your practice actually moved your scoring, speed, and dispersion, and changes the plan when it didn't.

Ask your game what to work on.

Signal doesn't just show you numbers. Ask it anything, answered from your own rounds, practice, launch monitor sessions, and recovery. Not generic golf advice. Your data.

What is keeping me from breaking 80?

Your biggest opportunity is approach play from 125 to 175 yards. Across your last six rounds, this range cost more strokes than driving and putting combined. Your next two practices should prioritize mid-iron start line and distance control.

What should I practice today?

Recovery is back to baseline, but driver dispersion widens after 40 swings. Do a low-volume speed primer, then shift to mid-irons and putting speed.

More you can ask

Am I losing more strokes with driver or approach play?Which distance should I practice this week?Is my speed training helping my scoring?Which club is costing me the most strokes? What should I send my coach before my next lesson?

This is what Signal hands you.

Most golfers do not need to practice more. They need to practice the right thing. Here is an example of the report Signal builds from your data.

Example Signal Report
Approach play, 125 to 175 yards
Costing 2.4 strokes per round
Why it matters

This range is costing more strokes than your driving and putting combined across your last six rounds.

Next session

Two mid-iron dispersion blocks, one wedge calibration block. No full driver speed session today.

What to avoid

Do not chase driver speed until approach dispersion stabilizes.

Common questions

Is this just another stats dashboard?

No. Decisions over dashboards. A dashboard shows you data; Signal gives you direction: the one highest-leverage thing to work on today, and the exact session to do it. More signal, less noise.

How is this different from Arccos or my launch monitor?

Each owns one slice. Arccos has your on-course stats, your launch monitor has your ball flight, GHIN has your handicap, and none of them talk to each other. Signal sits above all of them and turns the whole picture into one daily decision.

Do I need every device?

No. Two or three sources, even a CSV export or a screenshot, is enough to start. You don't need perfect data; Signal starts building your profile immediately.

Will it work with my launch monitor, Arccos, or Garmin?

Yes. Direct connections where available, upload where they aren't. Signal is built to handle messy, real-world data from mixed devices.

How is this different from my coach?

It makes your coach better. Signal shows exactly what changed between lessons and drafts your homework, so your practice between sessions finally counts.

Does it decide, or just show numbers?

"HRV is down 14% and your last speed session dropped off early. Don't chase a PR today. Technical driver, cap 25 swings, prioritize wedges." A flight computer, not a chatbot.
